1. Shipping & Returns policy

At Look, we provide FREE Standard delivery to any address within Local. However, do note that we do not deliver to restricted areas.

On the front, we deliver to most states that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of states that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Cloth should have no scuff marks on its outsole.
  • Originals receipts would need to be included.
  • All items would need to be purchased originally.
  • If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for.
  • exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable online portal.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Deliveries

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier – is for all local orders and it takes approximately 7 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Express Courier – is available at an additional charge of ₹300 and it takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of order.

To serve you better, you may even choose the timing of your deliveries from 9am to 10pm, weekdays or Saturdays, regardless of Standard or Express couriers.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

For all national orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express and Paytm, PayPal. Please visit paypal.com for more information. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of the invoice date for India, For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our Shop. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.crafeed.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

We cannot replace your products if you order wrong size or color product.

6.1 All requests for refund will be procced via same payment method you used before. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for using cash method.

6.2 You will get your refund within 3 working days.

6.3 No refunds will be given for damaged products after delivery.

6.4 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, crafeed.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits.

6.5 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

6.6 All returns and exchanges made via our online portal at www.crafeed.com would need to be shipped to :

7.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

7.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

7.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

7.4 Bakwaz.com makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose

7.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of India

7.6 All decisions made by Bakwaz.com is final.
